Omakase "i leave it to you" is a culinary trust fall. Diners surrender to the chef's intuition, seasonality and rhythm. Each course unfolds like a quiet haiku, where knife work, temperature and silence speak louder than menus. It is edible reverence, served piece by piece. consists of 10 dishes with sake or house wine and dessert.
