When I opened Toriton Izakaya, I had no previous experience in hospitality. I began with no grand business plan or proven formula, only a genuine love of good food, a belief in honest hospitality and a determination to give every guest my very best.

Over the past seven years, Toriton Izakaya has grown into far more than a restaurant. It has become a place where birthdays have been celebrated, friendships strengthened and countless happy memories shared around the table. Every guest who walked through our doors helped shape our journey and taught us something valuable.

As Toriton Izakaya approaches its seventh anniversary, it feels like the right moment to begin a new chapter.
Suzaku Izakaya is built upon everything we have learned, while giving us the freedom to reach further. It brings together greater refinement, deeper creativity and the same heartfelt welcome that has guided us from the beginning.
